Please use the regedit in your administrator cmd window to check out HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment and look to see if the path is REG_SZ it should be REG_EXPAND_SZ. The application that change it is likely the last entry in your PATH. Hope this help.

Other than that, no ideas... Not pirating a signal and my parents are in their 80's and don't spend time blocking sites on my computer.
